1 year warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. During this time, we will be happy to repair your product free of charge if it breaks.
Our guarantee includes:
- Loose/broken pearls & gemstones
- Broken Chains & Bracelets
- Defective closures
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a guarantee for everyday signs of wear and tear such as scratches, oxidation or accidents. In these cases, however, we are happy to help you with our repair service and will definitely find a suitable solution.
What to do
We have a repair service for all of our products, where we will completely re-knot your mala, replace any lost stones if necessary and send the necklace back to you well packaged.
All our products come with a 1-year guarantee. During this time, we will be happy to repair your mala for you free of charge. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs.
If that sounds good to you, just send us an email to info@malaoase.ch and tell us which product broke and that you would like to have it repaired.
If your product is older than one year, the following prices apply:
Mala necklace CHF 75.00
Mala bracelet CHF 25.00
mobile phone chain CHF 45.00
Do you repair chains other than your own?
We cannot accept any liability for the repair of mala necklaces from other manufacturers, and it may also be difficult to obtain the necessary replacement materials. But don't let that put you off. Send us an email to info@malaoase.ch or contact us using the contact form.
